Cornelius Bartlow

Cornelius Bartlow was the first permanent settler in Bartlow Township. He was born in 1811 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was married twice and had four children.

His first wife was Sarah McMahan and one child, Mary, lived of their three children.

His second wife was Elizabeth Medley and they had one son, John Bartlow.
