Adam Gramling Family

Adam Gramling was born on April 2, 1859 and died on September 14, 1914. He married Clara Alice Hoffman who was born on September 6, 1860 and died on May 16, 1943. They were members of the Church of God, Colton, Ohio and are buried in Mohler Cemetery. They had three children: Bertha May, Ernest Charles, and John Matthias Gramling.

Bertha May Gramling was born on June 8, 1882 and died on March 30, 1957. She was married on March 10, 1918 to Sherman Sidle who was born on July 12, 1882 and died on March 17, 1935. They are buried in Heath Cemetery, Liberty Center, Ohio. They were the parents of three daughters: Alice Louisa Sidle married Fred Puehler, resides near Lyons, Ohio; Ida Lucille Sidle married Marvin Shull, resides near McClure, Ohio; and Josephine Louella Sidle married James Anderson and resides near Seneca, Missouri.

Ernest Charles Gramling was born on June 2, 1887 and died on November 19, 1918. He married Mayme Gerst who was born June 30, 1890. They are buried in Heath Cemetery, Colton, Ohio. Their two sons were Adam, born May 21, 1909 married Genevieve Marguerite Hoyt. They reside near Holland, Ohio and have an adopted son, James Michael Gramling, and Carol Lynn Gramling. Irvin C. Gramling was born on January 1, 1911, and married Drucilla Pierce and has two sons, James and Richard Gramling.
