Stephen A. Crozier was born in Defiance County, Ohio on July 23, 1860. When he was two, the family moved to Texas, Ohio. He was the son of Squire William and Louisa Lucas Crozier. Stephen married in Henry County at Liberty Center Miss Mary Elizabeth Woodward. She was born at Delta, Ohio in 1865, the daughter of John and Anna Thompson Woodward, natives of Ohio. Mr. Thompson was a blacksmith and died in Henry County; Mrs. Woodward died at Delta, Ohio.
Stephen died March 24, 1926 at Liberty Center, Ohio. Mary Elizabeth died April 6, 1896, at Liberty Center, Ohio. The children of Stephen and Mary Crozier were:
Rollo, who died in December, 1914. He married Maggie Parsons and had two children, Verna M. and Nandes Pauline.
Sarah L. died at the age of twenty months. Neva Pearl married R.B. Warner and they had Stephen and Lowell G., twins, and Beatrice L. and Ducie L.
Earl Wesley married Gracie West of Liberty Center, and had Carol, Stephen and Noreen.
Lelah E. married Robert Baxter.
Stephen Crozier married as his second wife Cynthia C. Showman. She was born on December 21, 1869 and died on April 20, 1909. Stephen and Cynthia are buried in a mausoleum in Young's cemetery, Liberty Center, Ohio.
