Robert W. Ziegler, 85, of Key St., Maumee, died March 16 in Elizabeth Scott Nursing Care Center. He was a supervisor for the Electric Auto Lite Company, Champlain Building, retiring in 1963 after 33 years. He served with the Air Force in World War II, and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mr. Ziegler is survived by his wife, Eva; daughter, Mrs. Eva Jean Cash Nugent; sister, Mrs. Dorothy Rose Tong; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Phillip. Funeral services were held in the Emmanuel Baptist Church, March 25 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Edward L. Fuller officiating. Interment was to Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
