Obituary: Nellie Wink, 88, of Deshler died Monday, July 15, at Oak Grove Quality Care Nursing Home, Deshler. Born in Kalida, Dec. 2, 1902, when was the daughter of John and Flora (Ladd) Puckett. On Oct. 19, 1925, she married Harold Wink, and he preceded her in death June 7, 1976. She was a homemaker and a member of Deshler's St. Paul United Methodist Church, Rebekah Lodge and O.E. S. #68. Surviving are four sons, Harold of Bradenton, Fla., Richard and Larry, both of Deshler, and Ronald of Toledo; a sister,Dorothy Gordon of McClure; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18 in the Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home of Deshler, Rev. Earl Eden officiated. Interment was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler.
