Dorothy M. Willford, 69, of 111 W. Elm St., Deshler, died Feb. 15 at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. She had been ill for three weeks. She was born Oct. 22, 1911 in Jackson Township, Wood County, to Samuel J. and Daisy Elizabeth (VanHorn) Willford. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. William (Opal) Lee of Akron; and two brothers, Earl P. of Findlay and NOrris of Hudson, Fla. Miss Willford was employed as a housekeeper and worked for many households in Deshler. She was a member of the Deshler Eastern Star and the Deshler United Methodist Church. Funeral services were at Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler, the Rev. George Font officiated. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler.
