Arnetta L. Mumy, 67, of Hoytville, died in Blanchard Hospital, following an extended illness. She wa born Feb. 9, 1914 in Hancock County to Thomas and Emily (Williams) Spence. She married Ray E. Mumy, Sept. 1, 1934 and he died May 3, 1972. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Don (Mary) Farquharson of Hoytville; two sons, Richard of Toledo, and Ronald of Maumee; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Albert Spence of Sylvania; Wilbur Spence of North Baltimore, and Kenneth Spence of Hoytville; and two sisters, Mrs. John (Nellie) Coppler and Mrs. Loretta Shannon both of North Baltimore. Mrs. Mumy was a homemaker. Funeral services were in the Hartley Funeral Home, McComb, the Rev. Everett Mills officiating. Burial was in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
