Effie B. Budde, 92, 340 East Elm St., died Friday, morning, Sept. 7, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Findlay. She was born Aug. 3, 1898 in Licking Creek, PA., the daughter of Charles and Tina (Mellott) Wink. In 1915, she married Harry Budde, who died in 1989. She worked as a cook at Deshler Elementary School for many years and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, Robert of Deshler, eight grandchildren, and 15 grandchildren. Also preceding her in death were two sons, Paul and Elmer. Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home. Rev. Marilyn Chivington officiated. She was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery.
