Obituary: Norris J. Willford, 79. of Hoytville, died March 29 at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born July 14, 1907 in Wood County to Samuel and Daisy (Van Horn) Willford. He married Elizabeth Graeter on Oct. 10, 1979 and she survives. Also surviving is a sister, Opal Lee of Akron. Willford was a retired farmer. He was a member of House of Prayer, Bradner. The body was donated to the Ohio State University Medical Center. Arrangements were by Smith-Crates Funeral Home, North Baltimore.
