Mrs. Tussinger died Aug. 7 at her home.
She was born July 18, 1916, in Deshler to Wesley and Ella (Crampton) Fausnaught. She married Donald Kenneth Tussinger in March 1938, and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are five sons, Donald of Deshler, Harry of Napoleon, Harold of Kokomo, Ind., John W. of Temperance, Mich., and David of Elkhart, Ind.; two daughters, [Mrs.] Robert (Rosemary) Ochoa, McComb, and Shirley Zernhel, address unknown; 23 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Fausnaugh [sic], Amsden; three sisters, Doris Balke and Margaret Hardin of Amsden and Lila Hale of Millbury.
Mrs. Tussinger was a homemaker. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Deshler.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
(Note 1: In Donald Tussinger's obituary, her maiden name is given as Fosnow. In this obituary, the name is spelled Fausnaught and Fausnaugh. Logically, the latter is the correct one, but...)
(Note 2: the names and number of her children do not jibe with her husband's obituary. It is likely that she had been married before marrying Donald Tussinger.)
(Note 3: Official Henry County birth records say she was born in McCure.)
