A crowd estimated at 3000 persons watched an airplane carrying two men crash to earth in the business section of Bryan. Charles Thomas, a passenger was killed and causing serious injury to the pilot, Ted Howe, 30, of Illinois. The plane is carried as an attraction by Jack Williams, "human fly," who was just commencing his exhibition. The dead youth is the son of Mr. & Mrs. C. W. Thomas residents of Bryan.
