Hilda S. Steffen, 77, of Deshler, died Feb 20 at the Heritage Home of Findlay. She was born on Sept. 22, 1912, to John and Mary (Witte) Meyer. On March 9, 1941, she married Melvin Steffen and he survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Loretta Hillard of Findlay and Clara Yankey of North Baltimore. Mrs. Steffen was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Services were held Feb. 23 in the Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Rev. Ronald Clausen officiating with interment in the Woodhaven Cemetery.
