M. William Spangler, 64, of 2543 Boxwood Rd., Toledo, died in Mercy Hospital. He wa employed 27 years as a machine operator for the Champion Spark Plug Co., retiring in 1980. Surviving are his wife, Martha; son, Richard, and sisters, Mrs. Helen Klear and Mrs. Madylenne Austin. Services were held in the Walker-Feilbach Mortuary.
