After a long and serious illness Mrs. Aaron Swartz died at her home, west of town, sometime during Monday night, aged about 70 years. She was able to be around the house and retired Monday evening as usual, but expired during the night. The funeral was held from the residence Thursday morning, conducted by Rev. Foltz, of the Free Methodist church, and the remains interred in Woodlawn cemetery. She was the mother of a large family of children, all of whom have the deep sympathy of the community in this hour of their bereavement. We will give the obituary notice next week.
