Obituary: Funeral services for Ida Rosebrook, 91, of 323 E. Elm St., Deshler, were held Sunday at Peace Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Paul Lehenbauer officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Bloor Funeral Home, Deshler, was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Rosebrook died Feb. 23 at St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo. She was born Oct. 14 1897, in Freedom Township to Herman and Marie (Springhorn) Gruenhagen. She married Ernest Rosebrook on Oct. 12, 1916, and he died March 4, 1942. Surviving are two sons, Arnold and Melvin, both of Deshler; two daughters, Selma Rosebrook, Deshler, and Mrs. Ronald (Janis) Dachenhaus, Napoleon; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rosebrook was a homemaker. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Deshler, its Ladies Aid Society, and the Deshler Senior Citizens. Memorials may be made to Deshler EMS, the church, or the Lutheran Home, Napoleon.
