Funeral services for Eva M. Koehnke, 76, of Napoleon and formerly of Findlay, were held Feb. 21 at St. John Lutheran Church, Deshler, with the Rev. Earl kay officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Wesche Funeral Home in Napoleon was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Koehnke died Feb. 17 at the Henry County Hospital in Napoleon. She was born Nov. 6, 1910 in Hardin, Kentucky to Garfield and Armilda (Sparks) Risner. She married Christ Koehnke on April 4, 1948 and he died Nov 5, 1958. Surviving are a son, Ronald of Van Buren; five daughters, Kay Treft of Findlay, Joanne Wielinski of Battle Creek, Mich., Nancy Keeran and Linda Turner both of Napoleon, and Alma Brickman of rural New Bavaria; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne Risner of Zion, Ill.; and Robert Risner of Corinth, Miss.; and three sisters, Gertrude Eberle of Bellevue, Litha Notage of Napoleon, and Cleo Rinbolt of Malinta. Mrs. Koehnke had worked for several years at Campbell Soup Company in Napoleon.
