Obituary: Funeral services for Roger C. Hosler, 39, of Hoytville were held at Smith-Crates Funeral Home in North Baltimore with the Rev. Jack King officiating. Burial was in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore. Hosler died of natural causes at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born Feb. 19, 1948 in Hancock County to Kenneth A. and Bonnie (Snyder) Hosler. His father survives in North Baltimore, as does his mother, now Bonnie Mason. He married Caroline Jones on Nov 11, 1968 and she survives. Also surviving are two sons, Roger and Jimmy, both of Hoytville; two daughters, Serena Roof of Hoytville and Jennifer Brown of Findlay; a grandchild; two brothers, Leroy of McComb and Lafe of North Baltimore; a step brother, Gerald Murphy of North Baltimore; five sisters, Lorene Williams, Sheila Seiber, Robin Scott all of North Baltimore, Cheryl Walter of McComb and Peggy Rickard of Cygnet. Hoster was self-employed with a septic tank cleaning service.
