Robert A. Strow, 65, of Custar, died Friday at St. Vincent Medical Center.
He was bom March 8, 1934, in Milton Township, the son of Kenneth and .June (Wagner) Strow. On June 9, 1956, in Columbus, he married Elizabeth Spang and she survives.
Mr. Strow was a graduate of Ohio State University in Dairy Science and was a dairy farmer for more than 40 years, and a life member, lay leader and Sunday school teacher at Weston United Methodist Church.
He was Past Master of Weston Lodge #560 F.A.M.; Past High Priest of Crystal Chapter #157 R.A.M.; Past III Master of Bowling Green Council #124 R.&S.M.; Past Patron of (Weston) Greenwood Chapter #50 O.E.S.; Past Commander of St. Omer Commandry #59, Perrysburg: Past Most Wise Master, Ft. Industry Chapter Rose, Croix Valley of Toledo; member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo; honorary 33 member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo: and secretary of the Wood County Scottish Rite Club.
Also surviving are his sons, Richard K. and Bob, both of Custar; daughters, Peggy M., of Columbus, and Linda E. Nolan, of Homewood, Ala.; three grandchildren, and sister. Carol Gonyer, of Weston.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Weston United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Richard Darby officiating. Burial was in Milton Township Cemetery, Custar. Loomls-Hanemann Funeral Home, Weston, was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
The family suggests memorials be made to the church, Milton Township Fire Department, or the Weston EMS.

CUSTAR — Robert A. Strow, 65, Weston Road, active in many Masonic organizations, died Friday (May 22, 1999) at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.
A graduate of Ohio State University in dairy science, he was a dairy fanner for 40 years.
A member of Weston United Methodist Church,
Mr. Strow was a lay leader and Sunday School teacher at the church.
He was a past master of Weston Lodge No. 560, F&AM; Bowling Green Council No. 124, R&SM; and Ft. Industry Chapter Rose Croix, Valley of Toledo.
Mr. Strow also was past high priest of Crystal Chapter No. 157, RAM; past patron: of the Weston Greenwood Chapter No. 50, OES; and past commander of St. Omer Commandry No. 59, Perrysburg.
A secretary of the Wood County Scottish Rite Club, Mr. Strow was an honorary 33rd degree member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Toledo.
He was a veteran of the Army.

Home, Weston. A Masonic service will be at 8 p.m.
