[Excerpt] Mr. Schuster was driving in a buggy and it is presumed he fell asleep and allowed the horse to travel at will. He reached the Ohio Electric crossing just as the southbound express passed. The express struck the buggy throwing him some 300 feet. It was discovered that his left arm and two ribs were broken with two large punctures in the top of the head. The horse escaped injury.
