Opal Knapp, 75, of Westhope, died on March 6 at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green. She was born March 20, 1914, to Martin and Nellie (Rowland) Rogers. On March 17, 1935, she married Robert Knapp who preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, Robert Knapp of Westhope; a brother, Lawrence Rogers of North Star, MI; and a sister, Mrs. Helen Noblet of Bowling Green. Mrs. Knapp was an Avon Cosmetics Representative for 40 years. She was a member of the Westhope Bible Church. Services were held on March 9 at the Rodenberger Funeral Home in McClure with Rev. William Wicks officiating. Interment was in Richfield Township Cemetery.
