Funeral services for James J. Marchal, 34, 1643 W. Breese Road, Lot 85, Lima, will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church, Lima. Burial will be in St. Matthews Cemetery, near Cridersville. arrangements will be through Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Mr. Marchal died of a liver ailment at Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born Nov. 15, 1946 in Defiance, to Joseph I. and Cecilia (Rothman) Marchal. He married Marilyn Markwood on Dec. 5, 1964, and she survives. Also surviving are a son, Tim, at home; a brother, John of Milton, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Sue Field of San Diego, Calif., and Mary Marchal and Judy Hall, both of Bryan, Texas. He was a painter at Clark Equipment Co., Lima and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.
