Obituary: Word reaches us that Mr. William Phipps, a pioneer citizen of Belmore, dropped dead while crossing a street in that place. His funeral will be held under the auspices of the G. A. R., he being a soldier of the rebellion. Mr. Phipps was quite well known here, and the news of his sudden death came as quite a surprise.
