Quimby B. Peck, 79, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., died Aug 10 in his residence. He was born Oct. 16, 1911, in Findlay, the son of Raymond and Cora (Thome) Peck. In 1934, he married Viola Westrick and she survives. Mr. Peck was a supervisor at Sylvania Electric, retiring in 1966. Also surviving are his daughter, Mary Unterbink, of Deerfield Beach, Fla., brothers, Leo of Leipsic and Raymond of Holgate; sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Alice) Bruns of Payne, Mrs. John (Josephine) Elms, of Coal Creek Canyon, Colo.; Mrs. Leo (Kathleen) Bariage of Maumee, and Mrs. Kenneth (Betty) O'Shaughnessy, of Monroeville, Ind.; five grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Preceding him in death were brother, Vincent, Walter, and Alfred. Services were held Aug. 13 in St. Clement's Church, Fort Lauderdale. Cremation and burial followed in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Kalis Funeral Home.
