Harold Oberlitner, 88, of Kenton, died May 4 in his home.
Mr. Oberlitner was a retired farmer. He also was a part-time rural mail carrier. He had been a long-time board member of the American Red Cross, Hardin County. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and Friendship Grange, both in Kenton. He was a member of the Farm Bureau of Hardin county and a past president of Hardin County Fair Board.
Also surviving are son, Herbert of Kenton; daughters Helen Carmean of Rialto, CA., and Ann Vogel of St. Marys; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held May 8 at Price Funeral Home, Kenton with the Rev. Kenneth Brown officiating. Burial was in Grove Cemetery, Kenton.
Memorials may be made to Hardin Hospice Care, the American Cancer Society, or the church.
