Obituary: Funeral services for Glenn Jay Boyer, 73, Deshler, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bloor Funeral Home, Deshler, the Rev. Delmar Young officiating. Burial was in West Belmore Cemetery, Belmore. Mr. Boyer died Saturday in Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was born in Deshler, April 27, 1901 to Moses and Maria (Newell) Boyer. He married Margaret Prelipp, March 3, 1924 and she survives. Also surviving are a son, Roger M., Deshler; a sister, Mrs. Emory (Hazel) Sites, California; two brothers, LeVoy (Doc), Deshler, Flavy, Cleveland. He was a member of the Eagles in Deshler and St. Paul's Methodist Church.
