Funeral services for Mabel A. Wilcos, 91, a resident of Allen Inn in Lima and formerly of Findaly, were held Monday at Wesleyan Bible Methodist Church with the Rev. L. Edward Colburn officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler. Mrs. Wilcox died Dec. 24 at the nursing home in LIma. She was born July 14, 1896, in Putnam County to Joseph E. and Sarah (Wert) Newell. She married Earl L. Wilcox and he died March 13, 1981. Surviving are two sons, Donald J. of Lima and Larry L. of Montgomery, Ala.; a daughter, Mrs. Tom (Wanda) Archer of Toledo; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters Inez Tussing of Toledo and Mrs. Eugene (Mona) Palm of Chula Vista, Calif. Mrs. Wilcox had been a homemaker and a member of Wesleyan Bible Methodist Church.
