Cloyce J. "Bill" Moe, 80, a resident of Bowling Green Manor Nursing Home and formerly of Hoytville and Rudolph, died Nov. 19 at the nursing home. Moe was born April 14, 1907, in Wood County to Fred and Libby (Milliron) Moe. He married Ethel L. Keppler in Stony Ridge on April 2, 1938, and she died June 23, 1985. He then married married Hazel Beckford in Rudolph on Feb 14, 1986 and she survives. Also surviving are a stepson, Michael Beckford of Portage; a step-daughter, Sally J. Kerr of Findlay; a stepbrother, Ernest J. Heilman of North Baltimore; a half brother, Jacob J. Heilman of Custar; six step-grandchildren; and 13 step-great-grandchildren. Moe was retired from the Ohio Agricultural Research and Developmental Center of Custar. He had also been a laborer at the former Ohio Farmers Elevator in Hoytville. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church of North Baltimore. Funeral services were held Nov. 21 at the church with the Rev. Robert Carlson officiating. Burial was in Milton Township Cemetery.
