Caroline A. Meyer, 81, died at 9:20 a.m. Friday, June 14 in Henry County Hospital. She was born March 11, 1910 in Gerald, Ohio, the daughter of Ferdinand J. and Emilie (Meyer) Bindemann. In 1939, she married Paul H. Meyer, who survives. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, rural Hamler, and its Ladies Aid and of Napoleon Women's Bowling Association. Also surviving are two daughters Bernadine and Mrs. Melvin (Margaret) Bishop, both of Hamler; one brother, Eldor Bindemann, Napoleon; one sister, Christine Wiemken, Ridgeville Corners; and one grandson. Preceding her in death was a brother, Edwin Bindemann and a sister, Regina Rohrs. Services were held on Monday, June 17 in Hope Lutheran Church, Rev. Norman Norden officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
