Harold W. Miller, 67, of Custar died Feb. 24 at Heritage Manor. He was born April 4, 1922 to Harley and Maude (Billingeley) Miller. He married Mildred R. Gooch on Jan. 15, 1942 and she survives. Also surviving are two sons, Ronald D. of Custar and Duane E. of Westerville; three grandchildren; two brothers Richard of Arcadia and Russell of North Baltimore; and a sister, Mrs. Ed (Lucille) Wenner of Lansing, MI. Mr. Miller was a retired farmer. He also retired in 1987 after 27 years as a maintenance supervisor at Bowling Green State University. He was a member of the Hoytville United Methodist Church. Funeral services were held on Feb. 27 at Smith-Crates Funeral Home, North Baltimore, the Rev. Vernagaye Sullivan officiating. Burial was in Weaver Cemetery, Bloom Township.
