Obituary: A fatal wreck occurred on the B & O at South Chicago, Illinois when one of the large "2000" freight engines went through a "derail" and turned over on its side, the engineer, Samuel McKinley, of Garrett, Indiana, well-known along the line, being killed instantly. The fireman escaped with slight injuries.
