Delores M. Carrizales, 89, a resident of Oak Grove Quality Care Nursing Home in Deshler, died May 1 at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green. She was born March 31, 1898, in San Pedro, N.L., Mexico to Anastacis and Isabel (Melchor) Iracketa. She married Donciano Carrizales in April 1918, and he died Nov. 12, 1982. Surviving are two sons, Manuel of North Baltimore and Mack of Deshler; four daughters, Mrs. Phillip (Angie) Alvarado, Mrs. Patra Salaz, Mrs. Narciso (Delfina) Rodriguez all of Hamler, and Mrs. Jesse (Helen) Rodriguez of Deshler; 22 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Carrizales was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Hamler and the Guadalupe Society. A funeral mass was said Tuesday at the church with the Rev. Francisco Cabellero officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery. Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler was in charge of arrangements where a rosary service was held.
