William J. Lackie 72, recluse, found dead in his little store was not murdered according to a verdict rendered by Coroner, Isaac Rule, Tiffin, on Tuesday. A gash on Lackie's forehead is believed to have resulted from falls while under the influence of liquor, according to the coroner.
