Obituary: Albert Kessler of Tiffin, supposedly because of jealousy, shot Mrs. Dora Bernard at Fostoria and then turned the revolver on himself, killing himself instantly. Mrs. Bernard was the divorced wif of Vern Bernard of Toledo from who she had been separated for two years. Bernard is employed by the Toledo Railways and Light Company.
