Obituary: John K. Dishong, 82, a retired farmer of Deshler, died at 3:00 p. m. Friday, at the residence of a daughter in North Baltimore. Born September 19, 1875, in Wood County, he was the son of John B. and Catherine (Kaiser) Dishong. He wife, Esther, died March 10, 1956. Surviving are sons, Floyd, McComb; Milford, of Toledo; daughters, Mrs. Ethel Wiseley, Toledo, and Mrs. Edna Seiber, at whose home he died in North Baltimore; a brother, Henry, Deshler; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A son, a brother and a sister are deceased. Mr. Dishong was a member of the Deshler Church of the Brethren, where services were held at 1:30 p. m. Monday. The Rev. Edward Spyker officiated with burial in McComb Union cemetery.
