LaMar R. Jones, 37, of 209 Sand Ridge Rd. in Bowling Green and formerly of Deshler died July 24 in Wood County Hospital. He was born Sept. 8, 1949 in Toledo to Richard and Martha (Staver) Jones. He married Kim mackin in 1979 and she also survives. Also surviving are a brother Ralph Michael of Bowling Green; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Schnitzspahn of Westlake and Mrs. Lorraine Herbert of Savannah, Ga. Jones was a musician and had made and album with Emerson, Lake and Palmer. He was a former employee of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Boston Pops, and a member of the Toledo Jazz Orchestra. He had also played with the musical "42nd Street." Dunn Funeral Home, Bowling Green was in Charge of arrangements.
