Marie Junge, 70, of 510 Belton St., Hamler, died at Defiance City Hospital, Defiance. She was born April 24, 1901, in Bartlow Township, Henry County, to William and Maria (Binger) Fintel. She married August Junge on June 15, 1922 and he survives. Also surviving are a son, Melvin of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter, Mrs. Ray (June) Imbrock of Okolona, Ohio; two brothers, William of Hamler and Arthur of Deshler; three sisters. Mrs. Harold (Clara) Hahn, Mrs. Carl (Alvina) Lange, and Mrs. Anna Bruns, all of Hamler; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Junge was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Hamler, the Women of the Church, and the Legion Auxiliary 262 of Hamler. Funeral services were at the church, the Rev. David Morgan officiating. Burial was in Hope-St. Stephen's Church Cemetery.
