Funeral services for Lettie E. Snyder, 89, of North Baltimore, were held at Smith-Crates Funeral Home in North Baltimore with the Rev. Howard Spriggs officiating. Burial was in New Maplewood Cemetery. Mrs. Snyder died Oct. 30 at Wood County Hospital. She was born Feb. 27, 1898 in Henry County to James and Rosalia (Johnston) Glassford. She married Emery Snyder on Sept. 7, 1920 and he died in Sept. 1966. Surviving are three sons, Harold of North Baltimore, Robert of Cygnet, and Loren (Chuck) of Findlay; six daughters, Dorothy Hosler, Bonnie Mason and Violet Cooper all of North Baltimore, Carolyn Bowers of Deshler, Mildred Ferguson of Bowling Green and Thelma Marsh of Findlay; two brothers, Kenneth Glassford of Woodville and Ora Glassford of Grand Rapids; 27 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren,and six great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Snyder was a homemaker.
