John Hann was shot by Ross Shaffer. Mr. Shaffer had a grudge against Mr. Hann. As Mr. Hann started down the road near Mr. Shaffer's property, Mr. Shaffer approached him and shot at him hitting Mr. Hann in the thigh. Shaffer reloaded his gun and fired at him again. A warrant was sworn out for Mr. Shaffer.
