Doras J. Kurtz, 84, of Napoleon, died April 2 in the Northcrest Nursing Home, Napoleon. She was born Nov. 21, 1906, in Napoleon, the daughter of George A. and Anna (Harmon) Bokerman. She married Lawrence Kurtz who died on March 4, 1979. Mrs. Kurtz and her husband owned and operated Kurtz Sales and Service, North Perry Street, Napoleon, before retiring in December, 1976. She was a life member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Napoleon, a member of the church's Fidelas Sunday School class and VIM of the Burt Taylor Post 300 Auxiliary, Napoleon. She was also a member of the Soroptimist Club of Napoleon. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Leo (Pearl) Dugan of Toledo. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lester Bokeman and a sister, Lucilla Bokerman. Services were held April 5 in the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon with Rev. Robert Manter, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Forest Hills Cemetery, Napoleon.
