Blanche Aldrich was killed by an eastbound freight. Children were playing on the B & O gondolas. The Aldrich girl became frightened and attempted to jump to the ground. She fell backwards on the track just in time to allow one of the wheels to run over her head and the other wheel stoped on her. Her head was crushed into a pulp.
