Obituary: Henry J. Guelde, 86, of Hamler, died in Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. He was born Nov. 5, 1894 in Hamler to Herman and Doretta (Voigt) Guelde. He married Ada Ritz in 1920 and she died Feb. 9, 1956. Surviving are two sons, Henry (Bud) of Sylvania; Jack of Hamler; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; three brothers; Fred of Mich., Frank of Hamler, Edward of Newark; and a sister, Mrs. Augusta Collier of Deshler. Mr. Guelde was a World War I veteran. Funeral services were held in Bloor Funeral Home, Deshler, the Rev. Robert Helberg officiating. Burial was in Marion Township Cemetery, Hamler.
