Bonna Jean Fortney, 34, of South Street in Milton Center, died Jan. 27 at Wood County Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born April 28, 1952, in Bowling Green to Kenneth L. and Roberts (Miller) Titler, and her mother survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Julie, Michelle and Jennifer, all at Punxsutawney, Penn., and two sisters, Kathy Carver of Bowling Green and Barbara Chapman of New Baltimore. Ms. Fortney was a license clerk at the Wood County Automobile Club in Bowling Green. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Deshler. She was co-founder and first president of the Wood County Chapter of ACES (Association for the Enforcement of Support). Funeral services were Jan. 29 at Deck Hanneman Funeral Home in Bowling Green with Rev. James Shotwell officiating.
