Norman Charles Fredericks, 54, of Hamler died of natural causes on April 24 at Henry County Hospital, Napoleon. Mr. Fredericks was born May 22, 1935 in Malinta to Lynne and Zoetta (Cunningham) Fredericks, and his father survives in Malinta. He married Hatsuko Wada on June 27, 1960 and she also survives. Also surviving are sons, Norman Lynne and John Paul, both of Welsh, LA; stepdaughter, Luniko Hyrzan of Baltimore, MD; two grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Regis (Wilma) Kieffer, of Malinta. Mr. Fredericks was a machinist at Leaders Fabricating Inc., Napoleon. He was an Army veteran and a member of Malinta United Methodist Church. Services were held April 27 in the church with the Rev. Roger Reece officiating. Burial was in Marion Township Cemetery near Hamler.
