Obituary: Orval 'Pug' Dewese, 83, of Weston, died Tuesday, June 11, in his residence. He was born April 16, 1913, in Deshler to Dudley and Maude (Shroyer) Dewese. Mr. Dewese was a retired farmer. He was a former member of St. Patrick's Church, Grand Rapids. Surviving are his son, Charles, of Weston, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marie Thomas, and a brother. Funeral services were held June 14 in the Loomis-Hanneman Funeral Home, Weston, with the Rev. F. Anthony Gallagher officiating. Burial was in Weston Cemetery.
