Charles G. Wilhelm, 54, of 21111 Blasius Rd Custar, died at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. He had been ill for the past month. He was born March 25, 1927 in Custar to Martin and Rosa M. (Durliat) Wilhelm. He married Glenna Dewese on Jan. 7, 1949 and she survives. Also surviving are five sons, Douglas of Holgate, David of Rudolph, Michael of Deshler, Brian and Nathan at home and a daughter, Ann Jarvis of Pemberville; 10 grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. Helen Laytart of Custar; Bernice Wilhelm and Mrs. Norman (Catherine) Milligan, both of Bowling Green; Mrs. Joseph (Rosa Mary) Tyrrell and Mrs. Richard (Florence) Krebs, both of Weston; and six brothers, Edward, Howard, Carl and Arthur, all of Custar; Gilbert of Rudolph and James of Wayne. Mr. Wilhelm was a farmer. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Custar. A funeral Mass was held at the church, the Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
