Andrew William Drozd, 6 1/2 months, DePere, Wisc., died May 17 at a Green Bay hospital following two consecutive operations for a congenital heart disorder. Born in Green Bay on Oct. 23, 1989, he was the son of Roger and Janet (Peper) Drozd, who survive in DePere. Also surviving are a sister, Gretchen, at home; a brother, Peter, at home; his maternal grandparents, William and Mary Lou Peper of Holgate; his paternal grandparents, Thaddeus and Helen Drozd of Chicago; his great-grandmothers, Helen Peper of Holgate, Effie Ott of Defiance and Wanda Jaworowski of Chicago; and several aunts and uncles. Cotter Funeral Home of De Pere handled arrangements.
