Hazel Anna Farquharson was born July 4, 1899, and passed away Feb. 27, 1911, aged 11 years, 7 months and 23 days. All through life's short pilgrimage she had been a constant little sufferer, but bore her affliction more like one older guided by divine providence. Hazel leaves a father, mother, one brother and one sister and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her departure.

We mourn, but with the fondest hope.
That on that blissful shore,
Where children shine like jeweled stars.
We’ll meet to part no more.

We think of Hazel, not as dead,
But only with the blest.
She is through with earthly trials and tears,
Asleep on Jesus' breast.

The white robed angels looked and smiled
Upon this flower so sweet,
Rejoiced to bear her up above
To bloom at Jesus' feet.

A loved one from our home has gone,
And our hearts are rent in twain,
But the angels called her home to rest,
Our loss is Hazel's gain.

We desire to express our thanks to those who so kindly gave us their assistance during the sickness and death of our daughter. Also to those who furnished music and flowers. The Family.
