Obituary: Fred W. Behrens, 88, was found dead Friday afternoon at his home in Deshler. He was born Aug. 28, 1890, the son of Christian Fredericks Behrens and Elizabeth (Matzenger) Behrens. "Surviving are a sister Mrs. Cleo Walker, Findlay; and two brothers, Grover and Frank, both of Deshler. Funeral services were at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Bloor Funeral Home, Deshler. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler.
