Obituary: Dorothy L. Myers, 67, of 205 N. Main St., Hamler, died May 29 in Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. She was born April 6, 1924, in North Baltimore to Floris J. and Cora (Brown) Dishong. She married Donovan Gene Myers on June 12, 1947, and he survives in Hamler. Also surviving are her sons, Donovan "Butch," of Pemberville; Dennis, of Deshler, and Jimmy, of Findlay; daughters, Mrs. Lawrence (Martha) Cocke, of Okolona, and Mary Clark, of McComb; seven grandchildren; brothers, Clyde and Ray Dishong, both of Deshler, and sister, Mrs. Frank (Ruth) Reiger, Toledo. Mrs. Myers was a homemaker. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. May 31 in the Dubbs-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler, with the Rev. Sharon Showman officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
