Clara S. Hahn, 87, formerly of Hamler, died April 4 in the Lutheran Home, Napoleon. She was born June 25, 1903 in rural Deshler, to William and Mary (Binger) Fintel. She married Harold H. Hahn on July 12, 1923 and he died July 7, 1981. Surviving are her daughters. Mrs. Harold (Wanda Lou) Badenhop of Hamler and Mrs. Victor (Helen) Petersen of Deshler; son Waldo of Venice, Fla.; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; brothers Arthur Fintel of Deshler and William Fintel of Hamler and sister Alvina Lange of Napoleon. Mrs. Hahn was a homemaker and a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church, Hamler. Funeral services were held on April 7 at the church with the Rev. Norman F. Norden officiating. Burial was in Hope-St. Stephen Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were handled by Snyder-Bloor Funeral Home of Deshler.
